Maple Cream Mustard Roasted Carrots

Thick-cut pork cuts stay nice and juicy under their coating of mustard and Panko. It’s a quick and delicious weeknight entrée that is simple to make with a sweet & spicy flavor that will please the entire family.
● 2 Tbsp melted butter
● 1 Tbsp FFT Maple Cream Mustard, or more to taste
● Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation:Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Scrub the carrots well and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter and Food for Thought Maple Cream Mustard until smooth. Add the carrots and toss to coat evenly. Spread the carrots evenly on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Slide into the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are cooked through and easily pierced with a fork.
