- 1 lb fresh fingerling carrots, greens trimmed short
- 2 T melted butter
- 1 T FFT Maple Cream Mustard
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
1. Scrub the carrots well and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter and Food for Thought Maple Cream Mustard until smooth. Add the carrots and toss to coat evenly. Spread the carrots evenly on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
2. Slide into the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are cooked through and easily pierced with a fork.
