Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Panko or unseasoned bread crumbs
- 4 boneless center-cut pork chops (3/4 inch thick, 1 1/4 pounds total)
- 2 T FFT Maple Cream Mustard, more to taste or as needed
- 3 T olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
2. Spread the Panko in a shallow dish. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Brush the mustard on both sides of the chops, then press into the Panko, turning to coat both sides evenly.
3. Heat a large ovenproof skillet over medium high. Brown the chops for a minute or two on each side.
4. Slide the skillet into the preheated oven. Cook approximately 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
