Description
These blueberries come from the farm of John VanVoorhees and Joan Donaldson, two off-the-grid farmers who, when I met them many years ago, were in their 17th year of organic blueberry farming. We combine those berries with lavender flowers from our gardens and…well, you’ve just got to taste it to believe it. For me, I just open it and smell it like a fine glass of wine long before it ever touches my lips.
Wonderfully distinctive on brie and cheesecake.

This is the best jam EVER!
tip: We mix this in our plain greek yogurt and add honey to it to make a custom “blueberry honey lavender yogurt”. It’s the absolute best!!

OMG – the irony of you posting this. I’m currently obsessed with a very similar variation. I put a big dollop on top of plain yogurt and then cover with mixed salted nuts. The salt/sweet combo is addicting and it’s a sufficient energy boost to get me through to lunch.
