Our 10-acre farm is certified USDA organic. That means we adhere to the standards set by the USDA, which, most importantly, means using methods that preserve the environment and avoid most synthetic materials, such as pesticides and antibiotics. We grow the basil, lavender, garlic chives, green onions and the jalapeno and habanero peppers used in our preserves and salsas.
