Naughty & Nice Salad
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend one half cup preserves with two tablespoons mustard, one tablespoon honey and one tablespoon hot sauce in a glass bowl.
  3. Add two cups walnuts and stir to coat well. Gently stir in one teaspoon sea salt then place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for fifteen minutes, remove from oven, drizzle one tablespoon honey over walnuts and sprinkle with sea salt then allow to cool for five minutes.
  5. Whisk dressing together with two tablespoons preserves, one tablespoon vinegar, one tablespoon mustard and one tablespoon oil; season with sea salt.
  6. Chop red onion, turnip and cheese. Plate greens with vegetables, cheese, walnuts and drizzle with dressing.
