- ½ cup (1/2 8oz jar) Cherry preserves
- ½ ripe banana
- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt (optional)
- 1 cup fruit juice (cherry or grape)
- 4 ice cubes
- Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Makes 2 (8 oz.) servings. Double as needed.
