  • 1/2 cup (1/2 8oz jar) Cherry preserves
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (optional)
  • 1 cup fruit juice (cherry or grape)
  • 4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Makes 2 (8 oz.) servings. Double as needed.
